The Apocalypse that eradicated the whole Dinosaur species

As you can see in Image #1, there is a gigantic meteoroid. Have you heard about the so called 'End Of The World 2012'? Are you familiar with this ?
In the year 2012, it is said that earth will end. In an exact date in December 21, 2012. (12/21/2012). The world will end. But did it ? In truth, it didn't end.

65 Million Years ago, there are early living animals here in our planet. And they are called 'Dinosaurs', reptile-like creatures but they are immense, and some of them, are deadly.
During the Cretaceous or Jurassic Period. Dinosaurs are the ones who rules and wanders around the world. And speaking of Dinosaurs, it means they look like reptiles, but huge. But it doesn't mean they are the ONLY ones who rules the planet in the past millions of years. As you can see, there are many other extinct creatures or monsters who lived with them in the past million years. Such as the 'Mosasaurus', the king of Isla Nublar. Mosasaurus is a large beast who doesn't walk in the continental lands, but swims in the deep oceans and hunts its preys. Its preys are huge, but weak. Mosasaurus feasts most on Plesiosaurs or other prehistoric marine animals in the deep ocean.
As seen in Image #2. Shows the Huge King of Isle Nublar, the Mosasaurus. This immense creature eats even the terrifying and most feared flesh-eating carnivore T-Rex (Tyrannosaurus Rex). If you have seen the show 'Jurassic Park', then you probably know the ending from where the T-Rex and the I-Rex (Indominus Rex) dueled each other till death in Isle Nublar. Rexy the Tyrannosaurus Rex and Blue the Velociraptor helped each other to beat the I-Rex. Rexy and Blue achieved their victory by the help of the Mosasaurus. Rexy and Blue dueled the I-Rex near the habitat of the Mosasaurus. The I-Rex ROARING so loud, at least the mosasaurus heard him and took him from the deep sea down to its habitat and feed on it. That moment, is the moment of victory.
Anyways, if you could ever see a Mosasaurus you would probably be shocked of how immense that thing is.
The mosasaurus, plesiosaurs, velociraptors, etc. died together with the dinosaurs (Velociraptor is a Dinosaur). The cause of their extinction is the so called 'Asteroid' who stroke to earth and made a gigantic impact. It didn't eradicated the dinosaurs, but it killed the plants and trees, which made the Herbivorous Dinosaurs such as Triceratops, Stegosaurus, Brachiosaurus, etc. died of hunger. It also affected the T-Rex and the rest of the Carnivorous Dinosaurs. The Herbivorous Dinosaurs had nothing left to eat, so they died of hunger. And the Carnivorous Dinosaurs eats dead meats, not fresh meats, which makes them to avoid eating it. And the major thing that happened due to their extinction, is 'Low Oxygen'. During the Cretaceous Period, the oxygen level of earth is high. But when the asteroid stroke down to earth, the oxygen level of earth's atmosphere and the rest of the environments, decreased. Making the dinosaurs unable to live.
From that moment, after hundreds or some years, dinosaurs were extinct, but the rest of the animals who survived the apocalypse still lived. And plants grew again, restoring nature in earth. After some thousands of years, humans began to live.
